Guaranteed Reservation:

All individual reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit and guaranteed with a major credit card upon making reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

Individual reservations may be cancelled 7 days (based on ICT – GMT+7) prior without liability
Early departure fee will be a one-night cancellation charge and will be charged to the individual
No-show fee is equivalent to 100% of the entire stay and will be charged to the individual
A 50% charge of the above quoted room rates will apply for late check-out (up to 18:00). After 18:00, the full rate will apply.
Reservations with invalid/declined credit cards will be cancelled.
